I graduated from Integrated Massage Therapy College in January of 2013, where my education was primarily focused on Medical and Therapeutic Massage. I had a wonderful teacher and mentor who schooled me in a long list of techniques including Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Pregnancy Massage. My work focuses on relaxing your muscles, correcting alignment issues, increasing range of motion, and eliminating pain. I love the challenge of working with clients who have “problems”!
I also love energy work, which is subtle and powerful healing that works on physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. At the core of my energy healing practice is Reiki, but you will also find singing bowls, essential oils, and crystals in my sacred healing space.
It is my intention to empower all of my clients, so I regularly provide them with targeted stretches, grounding techniques, and affirmations and mantras to promote healing and growth.
I love getting to know each of my clients and discovering what they need to feel whole.
